Trey Miles

GENERAL MANAGER

Trey has spent the last 16 years happily sharing his passion for fitness and helping people achieve their personal goals. Trey is a former athlete who fell in love with training and exercise that went hand in hand with baseball practice!

Trey takes a special interest in individuals who have tried multiple different
ways to achieve their goals but have yet to be fully successful. The challenge in helping individuals find solutions to their problems is what motivates him to bring his best to his clients each day.

When Trey is not working out or working with clients he enjoys free time with his family and dogs outdoors or on the water!!

Adam Rumburg

PERSONAL TRAINER

Adam has been a personal trainer for close to a year now and truly loves helping others achieve their goals.  

After years of playing baseball, Adam started lifting to stay in shape and pursue his career intraining. His background in sports and strength training makes him an ideal coach for training inexperienced clients to reach their potential.

Do not let the tattoos or beard fool you, Adam is our friendly, neighborhood Viking.

Emily Elmore

PERSONAL TRAINER

Emily has been known to throw a few punches and sling some heavy iron on the daily around The Optimum Result but don’t let that intimidate you. She’s just one of our friendly Boxx instructors and personal trainers.

A native of Gastonia, NC, she is a 2013 graduate of Ashbrook High School and a 2017 graduate of Appalachian State University. Through her own major weight loss journey in college, Emily found that she wanted to help coach others on their personal health goals, too, which led to her becoming a ACE certified Personal Trainer in December 2018.

Her passion is to help show people that strong and healthy comes in all shapes and sizes and isn’t always determined by the number on the scale. In her free time, you’ll probably find her at the gym with a set of boxing gloves on or a barbell in her hands, welcoming you with a friendly wave or smile.

Kristen Wiley

PERSONAL TRAINER

Kristen loves working out and absolutely loves helping others which is why she went to school for exercise science, and became a certified personal trainer through NASM. Kristen feels There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone feel better and reach their goals and I feel very privileged to get to do that with our members.

When Shes not dancing around the gym or working out you will most likely find her hiking or in her Eno reading a good book.

Brittany Franklin

PERSONAL TRAINER

Brittany has been a Certified Personal Trainer for a year now and absolutely loves helping clients achieve their fitness goals- whether it be losing weight toning up, or even gaining weight.

Brittany’s passion for health and fitness goes deeper than just working out and believes in promoting a healthy balance between physical and mental wellness.

Brittany attributes her knowledge and experience to her degree in Exercise Science from UNC Charlotte and the ACSM Personal Trainer certification program.

When she is not in the gym, you can find her hiking a trail somewhere with her dog, or just taking some time to herself to relax and recharge.

She is currently studying to become certified in Nutrition Coaching and looks forward to being able to help her clients reach their goals on a whole different level!
