Feel the Burn

Optimum Burn

Come feel the “BURN” in our 50-minute workout that is evenly divided between two styles of training. Half of the class is spent on treadmills & rowers: sprinting, climbing, pushing, rowing and yes even some recovery. The other half of class is spent with a variety of resistance tools: pressing, pulling, squatting, crunching, and jumping. The intervals are authentic and intense, the activities are varied, and the sweat is real.

Ready to Rumble!

Optimum Boxx

Come ready to Rumble in our 10-round, 50-minute workout that is evenly divided between two styles of training. Half of the class is spent exploring the skills and drills of boxing, and the other half is spent on the transformative power of resistance strength training.

Ballet Hybrid

Optimum Barre

Optimum Barre is a hybrid workout class that combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Taught by our highly-trained instructors, Optimum Barre features a group class format that delivers an effective total body workout focused on low-impact, high-intensity movements that lift and tone muscles and improves your overall strength, agility and flexibility.
