Brittany Franklin

PERSONAL TRAINER

Brittany has been a Certified Personal Trainer for a year now and absolutely loves helping clients achieve their fitness goals- whether it be losing weight toning up, or even gaining weight.

Brittany’s passion for health and fitness goes deeper than just working out and believes in promoting a healthy balance between physical and mental wellness.

Brittany attributes her knowledge and experience to her degree in Exercise Science from UNC Charlotte and the ACSM Personal Trainer certification program.

When she is not in the gym, you can find her hiking a trail somewhere with her dog, or just taking some time to herself to relax and recharge.

She is currently studying to become certified in Nutrition Coaching and looks forward to being able to help her clients reach their goals on a whole different level!

When Shes not dancing around the gym or working out you will most likely find her hiking or in her Eno reading a good book.

Chris Fox

PERSONAL TRAINER

Chris has been a personal trainer for 6 years.

He graduated from the University of San Francisco in Kinesiology and is a certified Personal trainer through NASM.

His passion is to help people change their lives In the most simplest and realistic way. He believes everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.

When Chris is not working out, he loves to play sports, listen to music, and travel.
